Privacy Policy & Terms of Use
Effective date: July 16, 2026
Privacy Policy
RCCG Covenant House (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at covenanthouserccg.org. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you interact with our website or ministry.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number when you submit a contact or prayer-request form.
- Messages & prayer requests — the content of messages you send us through any form on the site.
- SMS consent — if you opt in to receive SMS updates, we record that consent alongside the phone number you provide.
We also collect limited technical data automatically, such as browser type and pages visited, to maintain site security and improve performance. We do not use advertising trackers or sell this data.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your questions, messages, and prayer requests.
- Send you church updates, announcements, or ministry information that you have requested or consented to receive.
- Send SMS messages if you have opted in (see SMS Messaging below).
- Maintain the security and integrity of our systems.
SMS Messaging
When you check the SMS opt-in box on our contact form, you consent to receive occasional text messages from RCCG Covenant House — such as service reminders, event announcements, or important church updates. Message frequency may vary.
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. To stop receiving SMS messages, contact the church office at info@covenanthouserccg.org or call (505) 522-3444.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us (see Contact). We will respond within a reasonable time frame.
